What format do the files come in?

All products are delivered as PDF files, which can be opened on any device and printed from home.

What size paper should I use?

All activities are designed for standard US letter size paper (8.5" × 11"). Just load up your printer and go!

Can I print in black and white?

Our printables are a mix — some are fully black-ink friendly, while others (like our Animal Photo Cards) are best printed in color. Each product listing will tell you what works best, but when in doubt, color always looks great!

Don't have a printer at home?

No problem! Here are a few easy options:

• Your local library — most public libraries offer free or very low-cost printing
• A copy & print shop — places like Staples or Office Depot make it quick and easy, and they can even print on cardstock for extra durability
• An online print service — sites like Printful or Office Depot's online upload tool let you upload your PDF and have it mailed straight to you

How do I access my files after purchasing?

You'll receive an email from Shopify with a download link immediately after purchase. You can also access your downloads anytime by logging into your account. Please check your spam folder if you don't see the email right away.

Can I laminate these for repeated use?

Absolutely — we actually encourage it! Laminating your playdough mats, activity cards, and tracing sheets makes them reusable with dry-erase markers, which is great for little learners who need lots of repetition.

Can I use these in my classroom or daycare?

Yes! Our printables are licensed for single-classroom use. If you need a multi-classroom or site license, just reach out through the Contact page and we'll be happy to work something out.

Do you offer refunds?

Because these are instant digital downloads, we are unable to offer refunds once a file has been downloaded. If you experience a technical issue with your file, please contact us and we'll make it right.

I'm having trouble downloading my file. What should I do?

First, check your spam or junk folder for the download email. If you're still having trouble, head to the Contact page and send us a message — we'll get it sorted out quickly!

Do you ship physical products?

Not at this time! Everything in the shop is a digital download — nothing will be mailed to you. Print from home as many times as you need.

Will you be adding more products?
