Welcome to Chaotic Connections! By purchasing from our Etsy shop (ChaoticConnectionsNW) or our website (chaoticconnections.com), you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

1. Digital Products — No Physical Item Will Be Shipped

All products sold by Chaotic Connections are digital downloads. You will receive a downloadable PDF file — no physical product will be mailed to you. After purchase, your file will be available immediately through your order confirmation or your account downloads.

2. Personal Use Only

All files are licensed for personal and single-classroom use only. This means you may:

• Print the files for use in your own home or classroom
• Print multiple copies for your own children or students
• Laminate or use the printables repeatedly in your own home or classroom setting

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or share the files with others
• Upload the files to any website, file-sharing platform, or group
• Use the files for commercial purposes (including selling printed copies)
• Claim the designs as your own or remove any branding or copyright notices

3. Copyright & Intellectual Property

All designs, graphics, and content created by Chaotic Connections are the intellectual property of Chaotic Connections LLC and are protected by copyright law. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our materials is prohibited and may result in legal action.

4. No Refunds on Digital Downloads

Due to the instant-access nature of digital products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once a file has been downloaded or made available for download.

However, we genuinely want you to be happy with your purchase! If you experience a technical issue with your file — such as a corrupted download, missing pages, or a file that won't open — please reach out to us and we will make it right.

5. Printing & Results

Our printables are designed to work on standard home printers. We are not responsible for variations in color, print quality, or sizing that may result from your specific printer settings, paper type, or ink levels. We recommend printing a test page before printing large quantities.

Most of our designs are optimized to be black-ink friendly to help keep your printing costs low!

6. File Access & Delivery

Your file will be delivered digitally through Etsy or our Shopify store immediately after payment is confirmed. If you have trouble accessing your download, please check your spam folder or reach out to us directly — we're happy to help.

We recommend saving a copy of your file to your own device or cloud storage for future access. We cannot guarantee indefinite file availability through the purchase platform.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any disputes arising from a purchase with Chaotic Connections will be handled in accordance with Washington State law.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The most current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our shop after any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
