Cancellation and Refund Policy

Effective Summer 2026

 

Thank you for being part of Little Learners Labs! This policy exists to be fair to every family on our roster - including those on waitlists for limited spots. Please read it before registering so there are no surprises.


Because Little Learners Labs is a small, independently run program, supplies are purchased and prepped in advance for every registered child. Curriculum is designed, printed, and prepared before each session begins. Refunds are not offered in full because registration fees cover real costs - materials, preparation time, curriculum development, and program administration - that are incurred regardless of attendance. We appreciate your understanding and we will always do our best to be fair.


Please note: All refunds are calculated based on the actual amount paid at the time of registration, not the full listed class price. If a discount code was applied, your refund will reflect the discounted price you paid.

 

 

Single Sessions

Single session spots are reserved at the time of purchase and held for your child regardless of attendance.


  • Cancellation with 48+ hours notice: 50% refund to your original payment method, or full credit toward a future Little Learners Labs session - your choice.

  • Cancellation with less than 48 hours notice: No refund. Store credit toward a future session may be considered on a case-by-case basis for documented illness or emergency - please reach out.

  • No-show (no notice given): No refund or credit issued.

 

 

Bundle Purchases

Bundles are purchased as a package and individual missed sessions within a bundle are non-refundable. If you need to cancel your enrollment entirely:


  • Cancellation with 48+ hours notice before your first session: 50% refund of your bundle purchase price, or full credit toward a future session.

  • Cancellation after your first session has passed: No refund for sessions already held. Remaining unused sessions may be considered for partial credit on a case-by-case basis - please reach out directly.

  • Missed individual sessions within a bundle: No refund or credit for individual sessions missed without prior notice. For illness or emergency, please contact us within 24 hours and we will do our best to work with you.

Full Week Mega Bundle (Tue + Thu, All 6 Weeks)

Because of the size and length of this commitment, the Full Week Mega Bundle has its own cancellation terms:


  • Cancellation 7+ days before your first session: 75% refund of your purchase price, or full credit toward a future session - your choice.

  • Cancellation less than 7 days before your first session: 50% refund or full credit toward a future session. For last-minute registrations (booked within 7 days of the start date), please reach out directly and we will work with you fairly.

  • Cancellation after your first session has passed: No refund for sessions already held. Remaining unused sessions may be considered for partial credit on a case-by-case basis - please reach out.

  • Missed individual sessions within the bundle: No refund or credit for sessions missed without prior notice. For illness or emergency, contact us within 24 hours and we will do our best to accommodate you.

 

Cancellations by Little Learners Labs

We are deeply committed to showing up for every session and will do everything in our power to never cancel on our end. In rare cases, circumstances outside our control may require us to cancel, including instructor illness, severe weather, facility issues at our host venue, or critically low enrollment that would not provide a quality experience for registered families.


In any of these situations:

  • We will notify all registered families as early as possible via the contact information provided at registration.

  • We will make every effort to reschedule the session within the same program period.

  • If a reschedule is not possible or does not work for your family, you will receive a full refund or full credit toward a future session - your choice.

 

 

How to Submit a Cancellation

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to create a clear record for both parties. Please contact us by:

Please include your child's name, the session date(s) you are cancelling, and whether you would prefer a refund or credit. Cancellations are not considered received until you get a confirmation response from us.

I want every family to feel good about their experience with Little Learners Labs - before, during, and after class. If something comes up, please just reach out. I am a real person and I will always do my best to work with you within what's fair for everyone involved. This policy exists to protect the program and every family who has reserved a spot - not to be a barrier. When in doubt, just message me.
